Fine Art & Antiques - Beleuchtung & Lampen bei Griffin’s Auctioneers

Griffin's Auctioneers present their Fine Art, Silver, Jewellery & Antiques sale, an auction of over 200 lots of paintings, silver, jewellery, furniture and decorative arts.

The paintings include two works by L.S. Lowry, watercolours by Sir Kyffin Williams and Arthur Melville RA, and oils by Thomas Sidney Cooper RA and Benjamin Williams Leader RA. There are also Continental subjects by Antoine Blanchard, Eugène Galien-Laloue and Sophus Vermehren, and landscapes by Peter Brook and William Mellor.

The silver includes Georg Jensen pieces, Danish silver by Anton Michelsen, and a group of George III snuff boxes, vinaigrettes and enamelled cigarette cases. The jewellery and watches section includes Victorian gold pieces, pocket watches by J.W. Benson and Jaeger-LeCoultre, and wristwatches by Omega and Tissot.

The sale also includes furniture and sculpture, such as carved oak pieces from the workshop of Robert 'Mouseman' Thompson, Bjørn Wiinblad ceramics, and bronzes by Kai Nielsen and Auguste Peiffer, as well as 19th century oak and mahogany furniture. Welcome to the auction!
