Timothy Marwood (British, 1954-2008) – Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends pen and ink original artwork illustration on paper. Signed lower right, framed and glazed. Timothy Marwood was a British illustrator for Thomas and Friends which was previously known as ‘Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends’. Marwood began illustrating children’s books and comics after leaving Harrow Art School. Beginning in 1987, he served as the primary illustrator of the Thomas and Friends magazines up until 2007. Brandler Galleries label dated 29/4/89 attached to reverse. 25cm x 25cm.
