It reads' The Master of the Household has received Her Majesty's commands to invite Miss Sibyl Smith to a buffet supper to be given by The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh on Sunday, 12th May 1974, at 8 for 8.30pm.' Also the accompanying menu for the buffet supper on embossed card is included. Both are contained in their original envelope.
