A handwritten note sent by HM Queen Elizabeth II to Sybil Smith. The note is one-sided and is written on lined notepaper. It reads "To Sybil Smith From The Queen Windsor Castle. I send you my best wishes and hope you have a happy evening with many remeniscences of old days. Elizabeth R" Sybil Smith was a riding instructor to the Queen, when the Queen was a child.
