Leaflet depicts a large black and white photograph of injured / deformed children, the text beneath describes them as being "2 of the 10,000 children of Berlin, Dresden and Magdeburg maimed, slaughtered burnt by white people in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ while seeking shelter from the Bolshevik murderers." The reverse titled "THE WHITE FEATHER for Gen. Doolittle" tells of Lieutenant General James Doolittle of United States Air Force bombing Dresden sadistically, targeting people seeking refuge, of which 85% were women and children, the remaining 15% old men or badly crippled war invalids."
