Hopkinson, 29 Egerton Terrace, London, with Admiralty transmittal slip confirming issue of three medals (but not which ones). The London Gazette records a Lt-Cdr D.C. Hopkinson V.R.D. retiring 23/5/52, almost certainly the same man.
